Prerequisites

Obtaining your PMP Certification is a commitment, and that's why it is valuable. Do you have real-world project management experience that's led to success? Great—you’ve finished the hardest part. Before you apply, make sure you meet of the following sets of PMP Certification requirements:

• A four-year degree
• 36 months leading projects
• 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification (CTC’s boot camp satisfies this 35-hour requirement)

— OR —

• A high school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
• 60 months leading projects
• 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification (CTC’s boot camp satisfies this 35-hour requirement)

After taking CTC boot camp you will have satisfied the 35 hours needed to be qualified, you will need a pmi.org account and apply. The cost is $555 for nonmembers and $544 for members. You can then take the exam online or at a certified test center.
